The February trail day, part of the Monumental Trails Program with Friends, will be held Feb. 20 on the Sierra Vista Trail. The day will consist of general trail maintenance south of the Talavera trail head.
Meet at the Talavera trailhead on Soledad Canyon Road at 8 AM. We will work until 1 or 2 PM but volunteers can show up or leave as they wish. No experience is needed.

SNMTA will provide tools, water and trail maintenance guidance. Please wear work clothes and bring gloves, food, personal items and tools you like to use.
This trail day will be improving the trail before the Sierra Vista Trail Runs to be held on March 5th. Proceeds from the Sierra Vista Trail Runs will be donated to the Southern New Mexico Trail Alliance.
