Continuing the monthly Monumental Trails trail days, we will be back on the SST Trail in March. We are going to keep working on this trail to get it in good condition after storms severely damaged it in the past couple of years.
Meet at 8am at the Discovery Site trailhead in the Prehistoric Trackways National Monument off of Rocky Acres Dr. We will work until about 1 or 2pm. No experience or tools needed, we provide those. The day is open to all ages and abilities. You are welcome to come and go as you like. Please contact us if you plan to show up later and need directions to the trail.
There will be some hiking and carrying tools. We are working with the local OHV club to help shuttle volunteers and tools up to the trail. Please brings snacks, water, work clothes and anything you need for a day on the trail.
