The Southern New Mexico Trail Alliance will be partnering with Friends of Organ Mountains – Desert Peaks again for trail days in October, November and December. This is our first event of the Fall/Winter season.
The BLM will be providing GPS units and training to volunteers to hike, run, bike or ride the existing trails. Creating an accurate map of the existing trails will help us plan future trail work and gain funding for such work and improved trails.
Show up between 8am – 3pm and stay as short or long as you want. Meet at the trailhead on Desert Wind Way.
